DESCRIPTION
A U–shaped crystallizer, which is open and horizontal, is used in batch process to produce sugar crystals in massecuite employing cooling method where the massecuite is cooled by air through radiation from the walls and open area.Â
We manufacture carefully designed U–shaped crystallizers to improve the crystallization of massecuite as well as the speed of the process in order to improve efficiency.
Our U–Shaped Crystallizer is equipped with a drive unit comprising of a shaft, a worn wheel and a gear motor.
