The Shredder Fiberizer, specifically the Fibrizer, is a crucial piece of equipment in the sugar cane industry designed to optimize the preparation of sugarcane for efficient juice extraction.

FEATURES

Performance Efficiency: Designed to achieve a PI of 87 ± 1%.
• Hammer Placement: Hammers are positioned between adjacent rows
to prevent cane escape, utilizing four-way star type hubs instead of
disc type.

• Easy Maintenance: Spacer gear coupling allows for quick removal of
bearings, with a minimum 500 mm gap between shaft ends.

• Durable Shaft Material: Made from 45 C8 steel as per IS: 1570, which
is tougher than 40 C8, preventing damage from excess tightening of
adaptor sleeves.

• Stable Support: Motor base frame and bearing stool rotor are cement
grouted up to 200 mm height, reducing vibrations.

• Effective Hammer Impact: Center of gravity of hammers is kept away
from the pin hole for maximum impact efficiency.

• Sturdy Hammer Body: Single-piece hammer body made from BQ plate
with a robust design.
