Robert Evaporator
DESCRIPTION
A Robert evaporator is used to evaporate water from the juice and remove other non- condensable gases. In order to achieve extremely concentrated juice, a battery of specified Robert evaporators, also known as Multiple Effect Evaporator, is employed which is well suited to yield high quality sugar crystals.Â
We manufacture Robert evaporators designed to efficiently process the juice and effectively remove all the noxious gases in order to produce a high-quality syrup.

Our Robert Evaporator is equipped with a top cone, a bottom coil, a doom, an internal catchall, a washing coil pipe, a manhole, a steam jacket and a condensate outlet box.
